Left 4 Dead 2 DLC floating onto Xbox 360 this month

Valve have just announced that the community created and very popular campaign level for Left 4 Dead 2 is finally heading to the Xbox LIVE Marketplace.

Only available in beta testing, everyone will not get the chance to play through the campaign that spans across four different sections. The pack will also contain Blood Harvest, Crash Course, Cold Stream, Dead Air, and Death Toll and will be released on July 24th. More news in the coming weeks is promised.

Max Payne 3 Multiplayer DLC fires out this July

 

Rockstar have just announced the first downloadable content to hit Max Payne 3 will be the Local Justice Pack coming July 17 2012. The pack will feature Multiplayer Maps from the Single Player Campaign and additional items.

The Pack features the following. The 55th Battalion HQ map for all game modes along with the The Imperial Palace and Departure Lounge maps for Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch and Payne Killer. A Light Fingers Item for faster looting on enemies. And a M4 Assault Rifle with attachments along with the São Paulo Police Faction with related avatar customization options.

Rockstar also announced it would be priced at 480 Microsoft Points for a while, due to the delay of the DLC with its first schedule release that was supposed to be in June. After a short while it will go up back up to its original to 640 Microsoft Points.

XBLA Kinect title Haunt free for a limited time

Microsoft have announced that the Kinect developed title Haunt developed by NanaOn-Sha and Zoë Mode, will be free for a limited time for USA Xbox LIVE Members who own a Kinect Sensor.

It will be free from today, Tuesday, June 26th through to Monday, July 2nd. You can access it by going to the ‘Kinect Central’ homepage on the Xbox LIVE Dashboard.

The Walking Dead: Episode Two arrives on Xbox LIVE Marketplace tomorrow

The Walking Dead Episode 2 will be hitting the Xbox LIVE Marketplace tomorrow, 27th June, for 400 Microsoft Points.

Zombie fans will finally get the chance to continue on with the story that took place during Episode One and see the outcomes and how their choices will affect Episode Two.

Mass Effect 3 Extended Cut deployed

For those who were a little bit unsatified with the endings of Mass Effect 3, you can now get some clearence on what is going on after the game by downloading the free Extended Cut now available.


An expanded ending for Mass Effect 3. Additional scenes and an extended epilogue reveal the impact of Shepard’s choices on the future of the galaxy.
